Here are the pics of my stockpile after my first week of GG.
I cleaned out the catch all closet in the laundery room (buh bye army stuff, say hello to the garage!)
I cant wait to fill up the bottom with diapers, toilet paper, paper towels, and lots of bottled water lol!

The last few pictures are the pantry in the kitchen. I think Ill keep a few things that we use alot in there, and just refill it when I need from the stockpile.
You cant really tell, but the area under the shelf in the 3rd picture is quite large. Its a huge walk in storage closet. Im so lucky to have tons of storage space.
Do any of you pro's have any other tips on my organization at all? I seem to be running out of canned goods space lol.

I do however have plenty of shmpoo/air fresheners, etc to last a while :)

Question for MilitaryMommaBear- How much did you spend on all that (or did you post totals somewhere else) and how many papers did you cut coupons out of? That's way better than mine and I've been at it 5 weeks now.

Well, out of pocket I spent $80something at Albertsons, and $95 something at Walgreens.
There are a few things in the pics that I already had, though not much.
Some of the canned fruit, the vinegar, probably a couple other things,
and of course anything that looks opened. lol.

I clipped 2 papers worth of coupons before my trip this week. The previous weeks paper, and then this last weeks sunday paper also.
I picked up the walgreens ad, and their special saver flyer dealy and sat in the car to clip those right before I went in.

I got rather frustrated at walgreens today when I realized that my "military family coupon" envelope that I got in the mail could only be used at the commisary on post. I was hoping to get more cereal.
They had BOGO on mushy cereal, and I had 2 coupons for $1 off, plus the military ones I couldnt use. I almost cried. lol.

This is an awesome start!
Might I suggest adding some more shelves? LOL I have tall shelves like you do, and so a couple of years ago, I went down to Bed Bath & Beyond or Linen's n Things (can't remember which) and purchased some other adjustable shevles that I set on the existing shelves. It allowed me to better stack my cans and fill the space to the top. Also works to turn some boxes on their sides. Now that I started GGing a couple of weeks ago, DH and I all ready have plans to go down and pick up some more to better utilize more of the space. Wish I had pictures to demonstrate.
