ECB's not printing out on my receipts...

Has anyone else been having this problem? Mine showed up online on Sunday yet did not print out on my receipt when I went into the store. It happened again to me yesterday (though that time they didn't even show up online)!!! CVS's CS dept has been very nice about fixing them each time, but it's weirding me out not knowing why their computer has been hating on me this past week :(

Same thing happened to a friend of mine. I felt really bad because I had really been encouraging her to rack up those ECB's last week.....she couldnt find her card and they used her phone # but when she went in 2 days later they wouldn't print them because she didn't have her card? I told her to call CS. I haven't heard how that turned out yet.

I've had the same problem. They are online. When you click on them, it takes you to a previous ECB instead of the one you need and they won't print out at the store either. I called c/s yesterday and they reset them so hopefully my problem is solved. I have 4 that are a problem, all from shopping on Sunday. I checked one online today and I can see that they reset them, but I still couldn't print it so I'm off to the store later to see what happens.

I also had $48.21 not print out for me on the receipt (of my $200+ from last week). It took over an hour to discern with the CS guy which ones had printed, been used, hadn't printed, weren't ready yet, etc. He said he was going to reset them (should be able to check today or tomorrow), but in the meantime the same batch that never printed actually printed yesterday. Ugh, now I don't know what is what!

I had 2 ECB's that should have printed out today not print (they were there online as well) CS is resetting them for them to print in 48 hours. Went to CVS and had another ECB from last week that would not scan. She finally just deducted the amount. Wierd.

I went to CVS the other day and got 2 items that were the same but should have given me $2.00 ECB's twice but only gave me 1. They tried to figure it out. I went in today and scanned my card at the booth it gave me the other one. I always check online too I think the computer messes up sometimes. I got a great buy last week at CVS hair dye on sale with ECB so was a good buy for my hair.

I love CVS I also buy my milk there best price at our place and the kids love the TG Lee Milk. Go to Target they sell it for like $6 and I get it almost everytime $3.59 or less.
