New and have perplexing problem

Wow, with a DOZEN (I love saying that) children, you will DEFINITELY need multiple sets of inserts! I am REALLY shocked that the newspaper would not JUMP at the chance to increase their home delivery!! Seriously, the newspaper business is in a HUGE slump (my dad is retired from the LA Times and his benefits have been SEVERELY impacted).

There are a few options that I can think of right now off the top of my head:

• Call back that newspaper and ask to speak to another manager (if you have NOT gotten a response) - go on up the chain.
• Get ONE subscription to THAT newspaper and find another local newspaper that sort of has the same coupons. There might be a SMALLER newspaper that could work for a filler.
• Hit up ALL of your friends and neighbors for THEIR inserts! Many are thrilled to help!
• Order individual coupons from our approved clipping partner. That way you would ONLY get the coupons that you REALLY need! It actually might work better for you to be able to buy in bulk.
• Check out eBay and order inserts.
• Printables might be a BIG help for you IF your List store accepts internet printables. Not ALL stores do though!!

Hopefully, you can make it all work! With that large family, I cannot WAIT to hear how the Grocery Game works for YOU!

I don't have any advice other than to keep hounding the paper company to deliver you more papers, and like previous posters said, work your way up the line to the district manager or whomever is at the top if needed. It makes no logical sense that one household can't order more than 2 papers and I think really hope they WOULD jump at the chance once you got past the rule followers at the lower levels who don't have the authority to override it, and once someone higher up understands you are a family of 14 and like your coupons.

I am excited for you joining the GG! We are on week 4 and just have a family of 4 and the savings have been crazy so far!

I wonder how many papers they don't sell every day? What a perfect opportunity to sell FIVE! I hope the manager sees it your way! Tell him you only want the coupons!
