I have one freezer for raw meats, veggies, milk and cheese, and a smaller one for all of the "premade" meal type frozen items.

Mostly raw here, but I like to have a few quick and easy things in there for nights I am in a pinch.

I would love to learn how to do OAMC. If anyone has recipes that they could send me would be great. And, how long can you refrigerate yogurt for? And, how do you unthaw the pre-cooked and seasoned hamburger meat? I have never frozen anything other than water for ice (lol) and raw meats. And, the meats I try to use within a week cause I don't know how long they can last.

If you search "OAMC" you will find a ton of threads about it with lots of recipes!

Yogurt has an expiration or "best if used by" date on so check the containers.

I unthaw pre-cooked meats in the fridge, just pull it out the night before.

To unthaw something means to freeze it. LOL I have caught my self saying the same thing on occasion.
