worldmom...those free inserts are gonna really help you! I also have a source for my coupons and I know that plus the list are the keys to success! I agree with the other poster who said plan for a stockpile and they plan your meals around what you have in the freezer. Meal planning around the sales went right out the door once I had plenty of variety in my freezer.

Worldmom, you rocked it! Way to go, and it will get easier, more intuitive and less expensive from here.

BTW, I have an internationally adopted son (I assume that with your large family you have a similar family makeup.)

Hi worldmom! You've gotten some great answers to your questions! Just wanted to say "hi and welcome!" We call them cats because the name of the company that puts them out is Catalina...named after an island that the creators were vacationing at when they created the company.
