nice followup on the SCJohnson rebate

I just sent my first one in last week and they sent me an email confirm that they received it yesterday.

I think that's amazingly cool! When you file, be sure to include your email addy so you can get your status update, too.

I got mine too. It's my first rebate so I was excited to see how quickly they responded. I expected a sit and wait for it to show up type thing.

I just go an email that my rebate has been mailed...it's nice not to wonder! Now I will be watching that mailbox.

Tremendous CS! And though the rebate form itself said to allow 6-8 weeks turnaround, by their estimation it's going to be no more than 5 and possibly 4 or less.

I got an e-mail saying that both of my rebates have been mailed as well. This is a huge relief since the form I had printed out did not say anything about October 1st on it and I bought the stuff in September.
